Senior Software Engineer Varicent

• About the Role

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions for complex projects and products

• Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions.

• Build and enhance Varicent-based solutions (Composer, Incentives, Calculations)

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Develop high-quality, scalable code aligned with SDLC best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time

• Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing.

• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures

• About You

• 6–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in Varicent

• Strong hands-on expertise in Varicent Composer, Incentives, and Calculations

• Good to have experience with Varicent ELT and Adaptor

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts

• Proven ability to collaborate, mentor, and work effectively in teams.

• Shift time : 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM IST
