Shift Soft Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping & Cleaning Management
Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor cleaning schedules, consumables usage, and staff attendance.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas, restrooms, pantry, and common spaces.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
2. Vendor & Manpower Management
Coordinate with housekeeping and other soft service vendors.
Track performance of outsourced staff and vendors against SLAs.
Handle onboarding, deployment, shift allocation, and basic discipline of soft service staff.
3. Pantry & Support Services
Oversee pantry operations including cleanliness, stock availability, and service quality.
Ensure proper handling and storage of consumables.
Address employee complaints related to pantry and housekeeping services.
4. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to soft services.
Maintain records for audits, inspections, and vendor billing verification.
Promote safety practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
5. Inventory & Documentation
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, housekeeping equipment, and consumables.
Raise indent requests and track stock consumption.
Verify vendor invoices and service reports before approval.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Reporting
Respond promptly to service requests and complaints.
Maintain service request logs and closure reports.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on soft service operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of housekeeping and soft FM operations
Vendor and manpower handling skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, reporting)
Attention to detail and customer-focused approach
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (preferred: Hotel Management / Facilities Management)
2–5 years of experience in soft services or facility management
Experience in corporate, commercial, or industrial facilities preferred
Working Conditions
May require flexible hours or shift work
On-site presence essential
Interaction with vendors, staff, and internal stakeholders
