JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Software Engineer I who is responsible for configuring, testing and troubleshooting Teradata systems.
• A Teradata Developer liaises with Teradata support staff and other technical teams to ensure the smooth running of Teradata systems. He/she also provides training and support to end users.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Role requires 24*7 support on rotational basis includes weekend support as well.
• Should be able to perform analysis on data provided.
• Candidate should have good communication skills.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

EXPERIENCE

• 3+Years of Experience in project or program management.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Snowflake Development: Advanced SQL (window functions, stored procedures, UDFs), data modeling, performance tuning (clustering, materialized views), and managing virtual warehouses.
• AWS Services: Hands-on experience with S3 (data lakes), EC2, and automating workflows using Airflow or AWS Glue.
• Data Pipelines (ETL/ELT): Building robust pipelines using Python and Snowflake Snowpipe/Streams/Tasks for real-time data ingestion.
• Tools & Methodologies: Using dbt (data build tool) for transformations, version control (Git), and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Governance: Implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data masking, and security best practices
