Software Developer

Responsibilities include:

Design and develop big data solutions using Spark, Scala, and related technologies.
Implement ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and process structured and unstructured data.
Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Ensure data quality and governance across all big data platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot production data workflows and resolve issues proactively.
Document processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Successful candidates will have:

Strong programming skills in Spark, Scala, Hive and Airflow.
Hands-on experience with Big Data ecosystem.
Expertise in Apache Spark for batch and real-time processing.
Knowledge of streaming platforms like Kafka.
Proficiency in SQL databases.
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in big data development or data engineering roles
