Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components, designing solutions tailored to client needs, and writing code to implement these designs. The role also includes thorough testing of developed features to ensure quality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires maintaining existing applications by addressing issues and implementing enhancements to improve functionality and performance across multiple client projects.

Cross-Functional Junior Consultant to support multiple HCM workstreams such as Core HR, Time & Absence, Reporting, and Security. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working across different functional areas within HCM systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Core Compensation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Compensation.
- Strong understanding of Workday application architecture and integration methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Workday modules.
- Experience in developing and customizing Workday business processes and reports.
- Familiarity with Workday security model and role-based access control.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
