This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Windows Application, Middleware components and database development. The position will partner with internal application teams in the development of integrated solutions. Experience in software development and implementation in an enterprise environment. Hands-on Expertise in C#.NET, .Net Core, REST API, SQL Server, Multithreading, Entity Framework and CICD tools.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and projects associated with the technology domain, including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts
• Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements within the technology domain environment
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for low to moderately complex projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that are related to low to medium risk deliverables and that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternative technology domains
• Present recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements
• Exercise some independent judgment while also developing understanding of given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements
• Provide information to technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of application development Hands-on Expertise in C#.net, .Net Core, RESTAPI, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, Microservices and Multi threading.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience on .Net core is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL Server programming
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, including deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP etc.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar, UDeploy, Blackduck, Threadfix etc.
• Experience on identity and access management domain, Cybersecurity Tools 
• Strong understanding of secure software development standards & practices and should be able to identify & review code level vulnerabilities and fix them during the development phase.
• Ability to troubleshoot code without prior exposure to the code.
• Should have in-depth understanding of agile software development lifecycle.
• Experience with distributed processing of large data sets.
• Experience on any Cloud technologies ( MS Azure, PCF, GCP )
• Experience with issue and change management and with associated tracking tools (Remedy, Service Now, etc.) to meet defined SLAs
• Experience with one or more IAM technologies (Access provisioning, identity data management, access review/certification, Authentication and Authorization).

Job Expectations:

• Design, develop and maintain new and existing code using C#.NET, .Net Core, Angular, REST API, Multithreading, ADO.NET, Entity Framework & SQL server programming
• Participate in scrum team meetings and ceremonies and provide daily documented updates in support of the team.
• Perform code and design reviews for peers within the organization.
• Develop unit testing scripts for deliverables.
• Provide change and incident support as required outside of normal business hours.
• Analytical thinker able to resolve ongoing issues or defects.
• Responsible to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Review all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties and proper handover. 
• Identify and recommend opportunities for developing product functional and technical strategies for the domains, as well as the development of actionable short and long-term product roadmaps, by partnering with business product managers, lead systems architects, and more experienced engineers
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategic products of engineering teams to meet business objectives
• Interpret and develop security, stability, and scalability within key areas of technology risk
• Collaborate and consult with agile teams and product managers to drive outcomes
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
