About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer to design, develop, and deliver customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Quadient modules and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end communication solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

   - Design, configure, and develop customer communication templates and solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.
  - Work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver communication solutions across multiple LOBs.
  - Develop and manage ticket-based and on-demand communication workflows.
  - Support QA/UAT and performance testing of Quadient forms and outputs.
  - Perform version upgrades and migrations.
  - Provide inputs in solution design and conduct demonstrations/POC to help client envision future state.
  - Map product/module capabilities to business use cases like forms/letter workflows.
  - Generate interactive personalized statements and communications using Quadient.
  - Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams in a global delivery environment.

Mandatory Skills

  - Quadient Inspire Designer – Strong hands-on experience

  - Quadient Inspire Interactive – Experience in building interactive and real-time communication solutions.
  - Quadient Scaler – Understanding of Workflow configuration and automation of communication processes.
  - Quadient ICM (Inspire Content Manager) – Content management and version control.
  - Customer Communication Management (CCM) – Solid understanding of CCM concepts and practices.

  - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire platform.

 Mandatory Certification

   - Quadient Inspire Designer Certification
  - Quadient Inspire Interactive Certification
  - Quadient Inspire Scaler Certification

  - Quadient Inspire ICM Certification

  Good to Have / Added Advantage

   - Experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler for high-volume processing.
  - Scripting – JavaScript, Groovy for Scaler.
  - Knowledge of migration from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.
  - Experience with other Document Composition tools.
