What you’ll build

 

As part of ECS Delivery, you’ll help establish and shape a dedicated ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), working in close alignment with the SAP HCSM program. In this role, you’ll define, design, and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards as well as business objectives.

You’ll be responsible for driving the rollout and standardization of ITSM and ITOM capabilities across the organization, while acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and enterprise architects. Your work will directly impact platform quality, integration reliability, and service delivery outcomes at scale.

You’ll solve complex architectural challenges — from designing integration patterns between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, to identifying automation and AI adoption opportunities that reduce technical debt and drive continuous improvement. You’ll drive tool standardization, alignment with overall standards, shape the LoB specific ServiceNow roadmap, and support CoE maturity by mentoring developers and fostering best practice adoption across teams.

 

What you bring

 

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementations, particularly ITSM and ITOM modules
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including CMDB, workflows, and automation
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and large-scale transformation environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
• A growth mindset with experience mentoring teams and contributing to CoE or knowledge-sharing initiatives
• (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), CIS certifications, Experience with AI / automation within enterprise service management, experience integrating ServiceNow with other cloud environments, DevOps environments and practices
