E2E Architecture & Design –Problem Solving & Trouble Shooting 2. Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers 3. Should have good product & domain knowledge 4. Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID) 5. Fair understanding of Product modelling concepts & UML data modelling 6. Experience in integration (CRM, Inventory, SCM, WFM, etc) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST , XML , JMS , JSON, etc. 7. Planning/Organisation Skills –Leadership & Direction Setting -Experience of different Methodologies -Seek out and Respond to Feedback -Coaching 8. Stakeholder Management , Requirements Analysis, Estimation & Enquiring Mindset 9. Communication/Presentation Skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills.
