Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead P1/P2 to resolution
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and inventory logs.
• Optimize performance across VMware clusters and Azure resources.
• Implement security hardening guidelines across all operating systems.
• Plan and execute major and minor change requests
• Root cause analysis and corrective action items
• Anaylsis of capacity and availability data
• Mentor junior engineering teams and lead technical code/architecture reviews.
• Manage infrastructure capacity planning and multi-million dollar cloud budgets.
• Driving key KPI improvement month on month
• Drive Knowledge Management , Process management, Client sign off
• Drive Key initiatives, CSIP, Automations , Customer Value additions
• Drive Ticket Reduction, Effort Reduction,
• Lead Client discussion on Key initiatives driving and outcomes
• Lead MSR/QBR , drive Ops as per Client Sensitivities and Priorities
• Understanding of Benchmarking , Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned
• Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able show value addition to client.
• Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
• Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP).

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

PRIMARY SKILLS:

• Windows Server: Administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
• Advanced Windows: Active Directory architecture, cluster management, and advanced troubleshooting.
• VMware Administration: vCenter management, vMotion, HA, DRS, and vSAN configuration.
• Azure Cloud: Deploying ARM/Bicep templates, managing Azure Backup, Recovery Services, and Load Balancers.
• Hybrid Cloud Architecture: Designing enterprise-scale Windows, VMware, and Azure integrated environments.
• Azure Governance: Enterprise Landing Zones, Azure Policy, cost optimization, and CAF frameworks.
• Disaster Recovery: Designing SRM (Site Recovery Manager) and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) solutions.
• Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
• Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• FinOps: Cloud cost management, forecasting, and budget allocation strategies.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or containerization.
• Enterprise storage network design (SAN/NAS).
