Sr Java Developer

Position Summary:
The Account Services department is responsible for new product development, custom reporting, issue-specific consulting, and high-end analytic solution using internal and third-party data. Our work is quantitative, fast paced, and challenging. We are looking for a SAS Analyst who will be working on a team for project execution and R&D.

Job Responsibility and Requirement:
• Conduct programming, perform data manipulations, perform significance testing, and produce various reports and using SAS BASE, SQL, and MACRO
• Design program to achieve specific analytic objective. Testing program logic, debugging existing code, prepare output report independently.
• Working with relational database
• Prepare program documentation and performing source code QA.
• Recent “hands-on” experience must include PC SAS, version 9.1 or higher. Example procedures include PROC SUMMARY, REPORT, UNIVARIATE, TRANSPOSE, SQL, FREQ, MEANS, TTEST, GLM and etc. Knowledge of SAS/STAT and SAS/ODS is a huge plus.
• Multi-tasking on different projects

Experience range: 3-5 Yrs

Qualifications:
• BA/BS and MS/MA is required with 2 years prior SAS working experience
• Strong academic record in analytic and quantitative fields
• Excellent SAS skills in SAS BASE, SQL, MACRO, and knowledge of STAT and ODS (a plus)
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytic skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive timelines
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Leader and team player
• Good stakeholder management skills, communication skills, organization, and planning ability
• Capable of using Windows, MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
