Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing L1 production support and should have managed the L1 production support team (more than 5 members).

Strong ITIL knowledge, incident management, Service Now tools

Delivered SLA, MTTR as per service contract.

Experience in batch monitoring using Autosys

Experience in deployment using UCD, Harness

Should have experience in the following monitoring tools (1, 2, 3 mandatory), minimum 5 years hands on experience

1. SPLUNK
2. Autosys
3. App Dynamics
4. Thousand Eyes (Good to have)
5. Grafana

Ready to work in Hybrid model – 3 days a week (subject to change based on customer requirement)

Minimum 6 hours of work during office (3 days per week)

Ready to work in 24X7 production support (rotational shift – Morning, Noon, Night)
