Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React / .NET)
Mode - Hybrid 3 days in a week
Location -Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React 18, Material UI, and .NET 8/9 to design, build, and support modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
•    Design and develop responsive, accessible single-page applications using ReactJS 18 and Vite
•    Build reusable UI components using MUI (Material UI) and Fluent UI
•    Implement client-side state management using Redux Toolkit
•    Manage server-state and data fetching using React Query
•    Develop and validate forms using React Hook Form
•    Style applications using Styled Components and SCSS
•    Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to accessibility standards
Backend Development
•    Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using C# and .NET 8/9
•    Implement data access layers using Dapper ORM
•    Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures and complex SQL queries
•    Ensure API reliability, performance, and maintainability
•    Collaborate on API contracts and integration with frontend applications
Source Control & Delivery
•    Follow established Git source control processes and versioning strategies
•    Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
•    Support build and deployment pipelines as part of the application delivery process
•    Collaborate closely with QA, product owners, and UX designers in Agile/Scrum teams
Required Qualifications
•    Strong experience with ReactJS 18 and modern React patterns
•    Hands-on experience with MUI and/or Fluent UI
•    Experience using Redux Toolkit, React Query, and React Hook Form
•    Proficiency with C# and .NET 8/9
•    Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
•    Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures and SQL queries
•    Experience with Git source control and versioning
•    Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
