Job Description

• Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure
• Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and optimize system design throughout kernel and inference execution. Work content includes:
• Design system performance analysis mechanism and drive for optimization. Area to be worked on includes but not limited to
• HBF utilization, access pattern, locality and wear-leveling evaluation
• Other system high-speed interface utilization
• Critical IP utilization
• NOC utilization
• Latency analysis
• Asure FW & System architecture alignment and support FW and system verification & validation
• Drive HAL layer development
• New Product Introduction (NPI) - System bring up and failure analysis
• Host workload analysis
• Architecture optimization & FW-HW partition optimization

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
• 15+ years (BS), 12+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) experience in NAND flash–based system design
• Experience in flash product performance analysis
• Experience flash product NPI (New Product Introduction)

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM algorithm
• Experience with flows and toolchains for system characterization and production testing
• Familiarity with PCIe, Toggle Mode/ONFI, and other high-speed interfaces

SKILLS:

• Understanding of technical and logistical challenges in delivering industry-leading products
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to address System/SoC/HW/FW integration challenges
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and solve complex problems
