PAM (CyberArk) – Senior

 

Job Summary: 

 

The role will be primarily responsible for the new integration and enhancement that are required in the current environment and transition responsibility. Also adhering to stated SLA’s and ensuring high standards for quality regarding project documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Contribute towards Architect, design, and implement identity and access management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Participate in collection of business requirements and the design/development of CyberArk PAS solution
  • Participate in business process evaluation/improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design, software / hardware applicability studies and system implementation and execute projects based on these activities.
  • Customize, configure, and develop solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion.
  • Contribute to continual process improvement initiatives. Improve security service delivery quality and reduce risk.
  • Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor or master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Skills Expertise

 

  • Experience in implementing PAM engagements on CyberArk, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
  • Broad understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape including Identity and Access management, Access governance, Privileged Access Management capabilities and methodologies.
  • Integrating various platforms with PAM Solution, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, networking Devices, middleware and custom applications.
  • Experience in configuration, integration and troubleshooting key infrastructure components like Application Access Manager, Privileged Session Manager.
  • Integration experience with ticketing systems (Eg: ServiceNow), Active Directory, security logging and monitoring (Eg: Splunk), Enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP
  • Experience with PAM operation tasks-creating safes, defining access control, Policies \ Platform, Compliance Reporting, Review etc.
  • Good Knowledge on concepts like Accounts Discovery, Audit and End Point Management.
  • Experience in using CyberArk Web Service APIs (Rest and SOAP) / SDK
  • Integration experience with Multi Factor Authentication like RSA, RADIUS, SAML
  • Good Knowledge on technologies, such as Java, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, Linux.
  • Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache).
  • Ability to work with resources to continue design and deployment activities and further enhance the PAM solution
  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good to have: Knowledge on Secret management or endpoint management solutions like CyberArk EPM, Conjur, Hashicorp Vault, etc.

 

Certifications (preferred):

 

  • CyberArk Defender, Sentry, CyberArk Delivery Engineer
  • ITIL or equivalent

 

Work Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
  • Willingness to work in shifts as required
