Team Lead, ACES, IN GSF

We are seeking a Team lead for ICQA team under GSF ACES.
Key job responsibilities
1. SOP Ownership & Documentation
Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cycle count processes across GSF Hubs, Fresh and SSD FCs. Ensure SOPs are reviewed, versioned, and signed off in line with quality governance standards
2. Field Audit & Quality Governance
Monitor and follow up on FC Quality Audits across GSF sites, including urgent/weekend risk escalations
Review root cause quality in dwelling inventory audits; provide corrective action guidance to site teams
Coordinate with Area Managers, Team Leads, and site ACES teams on audit closure and compliance
Track IRDR completion % and DPMO trends; share daily/weekly reports with stakeholders
3.Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with site operations teams (AMs, TLs, SSAs) and ACES SMEs for quality process adherence
Coordinate with L&D trainers for SOP-based training delivery at UFF sites
Engage with distribution and FC teams on bin hygiene, dwelling inventory, and large adjustment resolution
Escalate quality risks and blockers to the leaders
4. Reporting & Review Support
Contribute content to Weekly Quality Reviews (WQR) for Fresh FCs, SSD FCs and Hubs
Provide site-level data inputs for WBR, MBR, and QBR quality decks
Maintain data for compliance related metrics for network-level reporting
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
