Job Responsibilities:
• Directly managing a team of mortgage operations professionals, including processors, underwriters, and closers. This involves setting goals, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
• Monitoring individual and team performance metrics such as productivity, turnaround times, accuracy rates, and schedule adherence.
• Managing the workflow to ensure loans progress smoothly from application to closing.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring all mortgage operations adhere to federal and state regulations, including RESPA, TILA, and others
• Generating reports on team performance metrics and presenting findings to management.
• Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and tools to manage workflows and track loan statuses.
• Team Manager operations should ensure efficient loan processing, maintaining compliance with regulations, optimizing team performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Generating operational reports, analyzing data trends, and identifying areas for process improvement or cost reduction. Using metrics to measure team performance and operational efficiency.
• Participating in strategic planning sessions to align operational goals with overall business objectives

• Required minimum of 5 years' experience in Mortgage Claims (FHA)

• Should have experience in handling team
