• Technical System Operation: Operate, monitor, and maintain MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, including HVAC, DG sets, UPS, fire fighting, and BMS systems.

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implement PPM schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with vendors for service contracts, maintenance compliance, and track Defect Liability Periods (DLP).

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety procedures.

• Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine site inspections (daily/weekly/monthly) to identify risks and improve energy utilization.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logbooks, asset registers, and create daily/monthly engineering reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or diploma in Facilities Management.

• Experience: 3–8 years of experience in technical facility maintenance.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HVAC, electrical distribution, building automation systems (BMS), and safety codes.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Tools: Knowledge of FM software, tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
