Technical Program Manager, Google Cloud Business Platform

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in program management coordinating large cross-organizational programs.
• Experience in helping teams measure and improve operational excellence and product excellence.
• Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
• Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical group.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business partners (e.g., sales strategy and operations, compensation, consulting) and Google Cloud Business Platform product management and engineering to define goals, strategy, and roadmaps, and collect requirements from various sources.
• Manage multiple projects with high complexity and scope.
• Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Drive launches, coordinating reviews and approvals as necessary.
• Assist product and engineering teams in measuring and improving product excellence.
