What you’ll do:
1. Manage Customer Project Delivery
Revenue as detailed in Impact Section
Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
High/ Very High Risk
High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues
2. Manages Project Financials
Meets or Exceeds approved budgets
Provides reliable financial forecasts to management
3. Manages Client Relationships
Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (“C” Level) client management
Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers
4. Manages Project Team
Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people
Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others
Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development
What you need to bring:
Education & Experience Required
- First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred
- 5-8 years’ experience in project management role a must
- PMP Certified (Must)
- Agile Scrum Certified (CSM) (Must)
Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
- Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
- Good understanding of Datacenter, Application Migrations & Implementations
- Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations
- Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies
- Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community
Complexity
- Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple, complex factors, and significant use of judgment
- Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise
- Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function, multivendor projects
- Projects may be global
- Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
- Work from Client location (Bangalore/Mysore)Travel expected
