Technical Specialist-DevOps

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE Lead with 13+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in DevOps automation, Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native technologies.
The candidate should also be an AI-driven engineering innovator who actively leverages tools such as Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve engineering productivity, reduce deployment failures, accelerate incident response, and streamline operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
•    Lead DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering initiatives for enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
•    Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools and GitOps methodologies.
•    Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools.
•    Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management practices.
•    Improve platform reliability, availability, performance, and scalability through automation and SRE best practices.
•    Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth software delivery lifecycle.
•    Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams on DevOps, cloud-native technologies, and reliability engineering practices.
•    Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
•    Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.

•    Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
