Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive records to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with database management and operating system integration related to SAP Basis.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in SAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
