Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves setting up and managing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored for various projects or products. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of platform resources to support evolving project needs, fostering collaboration across teams to maintain a robust and scalable technology infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to enhance environment provisioning and configuration.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Experience in managing cloud-based environments and deploying automation pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of environment configuration and infrastructure as code principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
