Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, servers, and applications to ensure uptime and reliability
- Perform basic Linux system administration tasks (user management, file permissions, process monitoring)
- Assist in troubleshooting system, network, and application issues
- Support deployment and release activities for applications
- Write simple scripts (Shell/Python) to automate routine operational tasks
- Work with logs to identify issues and escalate when required
- Maintain documentation of processes, incidents, and configurations
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems (commands, file systems, permissions)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS basics)
- Familiarity with any programming in language
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and willingness to learn
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)
Experience
- 0 to 6 months (Internship experience in Linux/TechOps/Support is a plus)

- Ability to follow instructions and documentation

Strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Flexible to work in shifts/on-call rotations if needed
Passion for system operations, automation, and DevOps practices
