Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Nagasandra, Bangalore

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to handle customer interactions, promote products/services, and support business growth through effective communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling calls and engaging with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inform customers about the company’s products, services, and offers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Use dialer systems efficiently for call management
• Maintain call records and update customer data

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle calls for extended periods
• Familiarity with dialer systems and basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage

Additional Information:

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Local candidates from Bangalore will be preferred
