Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive Test Data Management strategies to support various testing environments. - Lead initiatives in Data Masking and Data Governance to ensure data security and compliance. - Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate test data efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Evaluate and integrate tools like Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, and Delphix to enhance TDM processes. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field. - 9-13 years of experience in Test Data Management with a strong focus on Data Masking, Data Governance, and SQL. - Proven track record of designing and implementing data management solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Gen Rocket, IBM Optim, and Delphix. - Strong understanding of TDM methodologies and best practices. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
