Planning and assigning tasks to the V&V team, ensuring alignment with project quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Developing test procedures based on functional requirements and preparing test scripts (preferably with VB.NET).
Executing manual and automated test scripts, analyzing results, and generating detailed test reports.
Identifying and reporting any defects found during V&V activities and ensuring corrected change requests are verified and closed.
Raising technical or delivery-related risks to the V&V Manager.
Demonstrating agility and flexibility by working on or switching between multiple projects as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong time management and reporting abilities.
