 Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Data & AI Advisory  

This role will lead and shape enterprise-level Data and AI advisory services, helping clients define, build, and scale AI-led transformation programs and build new business capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in domain-led AI and analytics consulting, data strategy, GenAI and AI-led business transformation, combined with strong advisory and client-facing leadership. 

Responsibilities 

Client Advisory  

• Lead on client engagements to drive AI/Agentic led transformation of business operations – incl. business case, process redesign, Tech and AI solutions etc.  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges.  

• Guide clients in reimagining their AI and data strategies, with hyper focus on generating new business value, leveraging AI services, and optimizing enterprise structures.  

• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.  

AI Solution Leadership  

• Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.  

• Ensure the integration of AI services into clients’ technology frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.  

• Monitor project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets.  

• Drive responsible AI practices including model risk, explainability, and compliance.  

Strategic and Business Leadership  

• Manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for growth  

• Define and shape new offerings, go-to-market campaigns  

• Build and lead high-performing teams of AI strategy consultants, data scientists and AI Architects  

• Establish AI-first operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices.  

Innovation and Thought Leadership  

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, enterprise architecture, and related technologies.  

• Promote and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the consulting practice.  

• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events, establishing thought leadership in enterprise architecture. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Masters of Business Administration preferred  

• Strong experience in Data, AI/Analytics, and enterprise-scale AI programs.  

• Proven success leading AI-led business transformation programs.  

Skills and Competencies:  

• Experience advising senior executives and board-level stakeholders.  

• Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.  

• Strong expertise in:  

• AI and Analytics Solution architecture  

• Machine learning, GenAI/LLMs, and AI agents  

• Data strategy and modern data platforms  

• MLOps and AI lifecycle management 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Exposure to AI governance, model risk, and regulatory compliance.  

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI and data services.  

• Publications, patents, or thought leadership in AI are a plus.
