Key Responsibilities

• Edit a wide range of videos: testimonials, brand films, social content, product explainers, event recap videos, and internal communication pieces.
• Cut, refine, colour-grade, sound-mix, and add motion graphics to deliver professional-quality output.
• Work with the creative lead to understand briefs, recommend creative approaches, and maintain brand consistency.
• Organise footage, maintain project files, and manage efficient workflows.
• Adapt edits to multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for different platforms.
• Bring strong storytelling instincts and the ability to elevate an edit beyond the brief.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong storytelling sense — pacing, rhythm, emotion, music sync.
• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
• Experience editing for brand and corporate content.
• Good sense of sound design and music selection.
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
• Strong organizational and file-management discipline.

Software Expertise

• Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• After Effects (for basic motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, transitions)
• Photoshop (for quick graphic tweaks when needed)
• Familiarity with audio tools (Audition or basic sound plugins)
