As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, enhancing user experience and functionality. Collaboration with different teams may also be part of the daily routine to ensure seamless website performance and content management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve web application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Strong knowledge of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting web applications.
- Ability to document technical designs and specifications clearly and comprehensively.
- Familiarity with content management and updating processes for websites.
