Roles & Responsibilities: Finance Functional Consultant

• Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
• Understand Client's requirements, Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help Clients to optimize their Finance functions and enhance their employee experiences
• Setup Configurations, Business processes and Security Policies in the tenant
• Data Conversion using EIB, iLoad, Advance Loader or Cloud Loader
• Data Validation and Unit Testing
• Support End to End Testing, Migration and Hypercare

Certifications

• Must have- Workday Financial Essentials, Workday Financial Practical and    One of the Pillar certifications (R2R, P2P or C2C).

 

• Desirable - Certification in any of Workday FDM, Business Assets, Banking and Settlement, Projects and Expenses is a plus.

 

Experience & Background 

• Qualification should be BE / B.TECH /MBA(Finance)/CA
• 4-6 years of experience in IT
• Professional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
• Completion of 1 full implementation with Workday Financials

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Finance
• Understands Workday security
• Has Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understands and abide by Information security and data privacy standards
• Should be able to engage with clients independently

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience on other modules like Budgets, Cash Management, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management & Transaction Tax is a plus.
• Exposure to Composite Reports is a plus.
• Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
