Collections Team Leader

The Collection Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers while maintaining professional customer service standards. The role involves monitoring team performance, implementing collection strategies, providing coaching and support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Monitor daily collection activities to ensure prompt follow-ups on overdue accounts.

• Analyze collection data and prepare reports for management.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce bad debt.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate payment arrangements where necessary.
