Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Field Collection Executive to visit clients and collect pending payments on behalf of the company. The role requires good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit customers to collect due payments and provide receipts.
• Maintain records of daily collections and update the system.
• Communicate politely and professionally with clients.
• Follow up with customers for pending dues through visits and calls.
• Verify payment details and submit reports to the accounts team.
• Handle customer queries and resolve collection-related issues.
• Ensure collections are done within the assigned timeline.
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in field collections or recovery will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM]
