Workday Integrations - Assistant Manager

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, motivated, and high-performing individuals to be a part of our team.

Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Consultant

  • Design and build end to end technical solutions for complex system requirements and supporting applications.
  • Responsible for key deliverables and engage with Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore stakeholders to successful deliver on requirements.
  • Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HCM and Finance functions and enhance their employee experiences.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
  • Contribute to the operational efficiency of the Workday practice.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have good experience in IT in developing and leading team with focus on Integrations and ERP/SaaS/Cloud based systems. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workday integration skills including CCW, PECI, PICOF, CCB, Studio.
  • Strong verbal and written business communication with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
  • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
  • Ability to adapt to change, good time management and an ability to work under stress.

 

Must-Have Certifications

•  Certifications in Workday Integration Core, CCTPP/Studio (desirable).

 

Experience & Background 

  • BE/ B.Tech/ M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
  • Experience with Workday Integrations, DT, EIBs, Studio, calculated fields and advanced reports.
  • Experience in workday DA review process
  • Experience in leading and mentoring medium-sized technical team / working as subject matter expert through the entire SDLC.
  • Hands-on integration build / configuration experience in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, CCB, CCTPP & Web Services API, XML, XSLT.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Workday Custom Reports
  • XML/XSLT
  • Web Services - SOAP and REST
  • Experience in Workday Tools like EIB, DT and Core Connectors, Studio, Orchestrate
  • Integration Security Configuration

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • CCB, CCTPP (PICOF, PECI), Extend
  • Composite Reports, BIRT, Dashboards, Prism Analytics
