Job description

Workday Recruiting Consultant Workday Rcruiting Consultant "5+ years experience in Recruiting Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint. • Excellent Stakeholder-Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record. • Minimum 3-4 End to End Implementation Experience." Core "• Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration,Testing,Deployment etc. • Recruiting Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements. • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients' business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues • Stakeholder Management :Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal ,External Stakeholder,3rd Party Vendors,Legacy Systems. • Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to i
