We are currently seeking a Z3_Zimperium Support to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Technical Expertise requirements
•Sound working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl in medium to large enterprise environments (>500 devices), including installation, configuration, designing, deploying, and troubleshooting.
•Experience in migration from SOTI MobiControl v15.x.x to v2024.x.x or v2025.x.x, including planning, execution, and validation.
•Skill in creating device groups, basic packages, application packages, and rules.
•Proficiency in managing and supporting SOTI MobiControl infrastructure for Android platforms, including Android Enterprise.
•Experience supporting factory handhelds, embedded handhelds, and rugged devices (Motorola/Zebra, Casio, Honeywell).
•Working experience in upgrading/downgrading the Android OS.
•Working knowledge of ticketing tools such as Remedy and ServiceNow.
•Strong knowledge of wireless networking, ActiveSync, certificate services, and LDAP services.
•Experience in implementation, integration, and management of MDM, MTD (Mobile threat defence), for mobile security.
•Experience with Security tools like Zimperium MTD.
•Understanding of Active Directory integration with mobile device management solutions.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or MobileIron is an added advantage.
•Experience in critical factory environments, preferably in automotive production areas.
