Job Title: Field Awareness Executive (Berhampore)

We are hiring a Field Awareness Executive to join our team in Berhampore. In this role, you will travel to various communities and camps to share important information and educate the public. This is an excellent opportunity for an active, outgoing individual who loves community engagement.

📋 Job Overview

• Location: Berhampore, West Bengal
• Base Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month
• Food Allowance: ₹300 per day
• Travel Allowance: ₹3.5 per kilometer for petrol reimbursement
• Education: Any qualification is acceptable (Graduates, 12th Pass, or Diploma holders)
• Travel Radius: Up to 40 km from Berhampore base location

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Camp Engagement: Visit designated community camps, villages, and local hubs daily.
• Public Awareness: Educate people about our programs, services, or social initiatives.
• Public Speaking: Conduct small group presentations and interactive sessions.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visited camps and track daily kilometers traveled.
• Mobility: Travel extensively within a 40 km radius of Berhampore to reach target audiences.

🛠 Requirements

• Vehicle: Mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Communication: Strong speaking skills in Bengali (essential) and local dialects.
• Travel: High willingness to travel up to 40 km daily on a motorcycle.
• Attitude: Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with the public.
