Field Sales Executive

Pointo deals with E Rikshaw batteries. we need someone who will look after both B2b and B2C sales .

Min 1 year of experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Field Sales

● Conduct daily field visits to identify and engage potential customers

● Explain Pointo’s battery solutions and leasing model

● Drive customer conversions and sales closures

2. Lead Generation & Management

● Generate new leads through direct interactions in assigned areas

● Collect and verify customer documents as per process

● Ensure timely submission of leads

3. Daily Activity & Reporting

● Complete a minimum of 20 customer interactions per day

● Maintain real-time data entry

● Submit daily reports and EOD updates to the Team Lead

4. Process Adherence

● Follow all SOPs for lead registration and documentation

● Ensure accuracy and authenticity of customer data

● Avoid duplicate or incorrect entries

5. Market Development

● Participate in local marketing activities

● Distribute leaflets and promotional materials in assigned areas

● Build relationships with dealers, drivers, and local networks
