Job Description

  • Core ResponsibilitiesSystem Assembly: Building custom PCs and configuring hardware components (CPU, RAM, Motherboards).
  • Deployment: Setting up workstations, including monitors, docking stations, and cable management.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing hardware failures (e.g., overheating, power supply issues, or "Blue Screen" errors).
  • Maintenance: Performing hardware upgrades (SSD/RAM) and updating BIOS/firmware.
  • Inventory: Tracking hardware assets, serial numbers, and warranty information.
  • OS Imaging: Installing and configuring Windows at the hardware level.
  • Required Technical SkillsHardware Architecture: Deep knowledge of PC components and how they interact.
  • Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency with multimeters, thermal sensors, and stress-testing software.
  • OS Management: Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS office softwares
  • Connectivity: Troubleshooting physical network layers (cabling, NICs, and Wi-Fi cards)
