Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Electrical & ElectronicsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Maintenance Engineer responsible for electrical and electronic maintenance of transformer manufacturing machinery. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of machines used in HV, LV, dry type, and traction transformer production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of transformer winding machines and associated equipment
• Handle machines used for HV, LV, Dry Type, and Traction transformer manufacturing
• Diagnose and repair issues in electrical and electronic control systems
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Work on PLC-based machines, drives, and control panels
• Ensure minimum downtime and efficient machine performance
• Coordinate with production team for smooth operations
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Experience in industrial machine maintenance
• Basic understanding of PLC, drives, sensors, and control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot wiring, panels, and machine faults
• Hands-on problem-solving approach
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in transformer manufacturing industry
• Exposure to winding machines and heavy electrical equipment
• QualificationDiploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
• Experience2–6 years in maintenance of industrial machinery
• Other RequirementsAbility to work in factory environment
• Quick response to breakdowns
• Team coordination skills
