Job Description
* Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
* Identify and resolve coating, printing, adhesion, and finishing defects
* Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain SOPs and quality documentation
* Lead and train the QC team
* Coordinate with production and maintenance departments
* Monitor print alignment, color consistency, and surface finish quality
* Ensure continuous quality improvement and rejection reduction
