Engineering Manager

Industry: Precision Machining / Manufacturing

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in estimation, production planning, and factory operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimations and quotations based on drawings and requirements
• Handle production planning & scheduling to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee shop floor operations and improve productivity
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and cost control
• Ensure proper process setup and workflow management
• Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing / machining industry
• Good knowledge of CNC machining processes (drilling, tapping, milling, etc.)
• Experience in estimation & planning is a must
• Familiarity with drawings and basic software (Excel, ERP, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in precision components manufacturing
• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and process optimization
