Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Production Management
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory floor operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor machine efficiency and minimize downtime
- Optimize resource utilization (manpower, raw materials, machinery)
2. Team Management
- Supervise and lead production staff, supervisors, and operators
- Allocate work and manage shift planning
4. Inventory & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with purchase and stores for raw material availability
- Monitor usage to reduce wastage and losses
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Conduct safety checks and promote safe working practices
7. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with planning, logistics, QA, and maintenance teams
