Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing accounting and excellent knowledge of Tally. The candidate should be capable of handling accounts related to production, inventory, and job work, along with statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally (Tally Prime / ERP 9)
• Handle manufacturing accounting, including raw material consumption, production entries, and costing
• Manage inventory accounting – stock reconciliation, inward/outward tracking, and valuation
• Handle job work accounting (material sent/received, challans, tracking)
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and MIS reporting
• Coordinate with production and stores team for accurate data

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (Prime / ERP 9)
• Good understanding of inventory management and costing
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company
