Position: Operations Associate

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

• Key Responsibilities1. Box Office OperationsIssue movie tickets accurately to customers.
• Assist customers with show timings, seat availability, and movie information.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain daily collections.
• Ensure proper ticketing procedures and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily collection and ticket sales reports.
• 2. Customer Service & Auditorium OperationsVerify tickets and guide guests to their seats.
• Assist customers with queries and provide a pleasant movie-going experience.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness inside auditoriums.
• Report customer complaints and operational issues to the supervisor.
• Assist differently-abled guests and handle lost-and-found items.
• 3. Food & Beverage (Concession Counter)Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
• Handle billing and cash transactions at concession counters.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness of counters and storage areas.
• 4. General OperationsSupport smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Coordinate with team members during peak hours and movie intervals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
