The Project Coordinator – ELV is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring ELV system projects such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Data & Networking, BMS, and other security systems. The role ensures smooth execution of projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate installation and commissioning of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).

Prepare project schedules and monitor daily progress.

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.

2️⃣ Site Management

Conduct site visits and site surveys.

Supervise technicians and site supervisors.

Ensure material availability and proper usage at site.

Maintain safety and compliance standards.

3️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

Prepare BOQ, work orders, and project reports.

Maintain project documentation (drawings, approvals, inspection reports).

Submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports to management.

Coordinate for material submittals and approvals.

4️⃣ Client & Vendor Coordination

Act as a single point of contact for clients.

Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors.

Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.

5️⃣ Billing & Commercial Support

Assist in preparing RA bills and final billing.

Track project costs and control budget overruns.

Follow up for payment collection if required.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.

🛠️ Technical Skills

Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking).

Understanding of drawings and BOQ preparation.

Familiar with brands like Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Cisco, Siemens (preferred).

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

💼 Experience

2–5 years experience in ELV project coordination or site supervision.
