Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Ingersoll Rand (IR) Pneumatic Tools & Karcher Cleaning Equipment

Openings: 1 (To cover Surat & Bharuch)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Engineer to drive sales of Ingersoll Rand (IR) Industrial Tools and Karcher Cleaning Equipment across the Surat and Bharuch (Dahej, Jhagadia, Ankleshwar) regions. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent field visits, customer meetings, and live product demonstrations within these industrial hubs.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory (Surat & Bharuch, Dahej, Jhagadia, Ankleshwar).

·        Meet clients regularly (5-6 days per week on-field) to understand requirements and offer the right solutions.

·        Demonstrate IR tools (such as impact wrenches, air ratchets, die grinders, drills, screwdrivers, etc.) and Karcher cleaning equipment (pressure washers, scrubbers, vacuums, steam machines, etc.) at customer sites.

·        Achieve monthly sales targets through active lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

·        Share regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor updates.

·        Coordinate with the service team for smooth after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

·        1-3 years of field sales experience in industrial sales.

·        Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.

·        Strong communication and presentation skills.

·        Willingness to travel extensively across Surat and Bharuch region.

Salary

• ₹25,000 and above (Based on experience & performance)
