Job Description

Role : Business Development Manager - Agency Sale


  • Work on leads provided by the bank and convert them into sales
  • Manage and handle 2–3 assigned bank branches efficiently
  • Cross-sell financial products such as CASA, Loans, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to clients
  • Handle walk-in customers and resolve their queries effectively
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (any stream)

Age up to 35

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Sales experience preferred (BFSI/Insurance)
