Job Summary LensStrack is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Visit optical stores, retailers, distributors, clinics, and potential customers to promote LensStrack products.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Present product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in optical, eyewear, healthcare, retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
