Job Description

The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and taking orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. They will coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely order flow. Handling payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining basic daily records are also part of the role. In addition to managing the front desk, the receptionist will oversee overall cleanliness of the shop. Above all, the receptionist should ensure every customer has a friendly, helpful, and pleasant experience at our shop.
